GMAIL Webmail Archiver saves GMAIL locally as MSG or EML files. It extracts email from an Outlook IMAP account setup to download GMAIL. The generated messages can be used with an email indexing product such as dtSearch®, copied to CDs/DVDs for general archiving purpose, used in EDD processing for litigation discovery purpose, used to migrate messages to an alternate local e-mail or webmail service, or just saved as insurance against data loss at the webmail service.
